Nathaniel Carpenter serves as the Director of Marketing & Outreach at Illinois Recovery Center, bringing extensive experience in behavioral health and a deep personal commitment to recovery. In long-term recovery since April 7, 2016, Nathaniel uses his lived experience and professional insight to build authentic connections with individuals, families, and referral partners.
His journey through addiction and into recovery—grounded in 12-step fellowship and spiritual growth—inspires his work and leadership. Nathaniel is known for his empathy, honesty, and dedication to helping others find hope and support.
Outside of his professional role, he’s a devoted father, outdoor enthusiast, and active church member. Whether hiking, working out, or cheering on the Kansas City Chiefs, Nathaniel finds strength in faith, community, and living life with purpose.
