My recovery journey began at age 14, and over the next nearly 20 years I experienced life in and out of jails, institutions, and treatment centers. Those experiences gave me a deep understanding of addiction, recovery, and the power of hope.
I know firsthand how important compassion, empathy, and grace are when someone arrives for treatment. My team and I are committed to making sure every client feels welcomed, supported, and at home at IRC.
The Operations Department is here for our clients 24/7, helping ensure safety, well-being, and healthy routines. We also provide experience, strength, and hope while supporting each person’s day to day needs.
Recovery taught me that change begins with willingness and surrender. The people who helped me along the way gave me a better way of life, and I carry that forward by trying to be that same source of support for someone else.
